Unfortunately 2014 starts with extreme bad weather in the Bay of Biscay, which is causing delays on schedules for most of the ships on route to Antwerp.
Some ships are sheltering at Vigo (Spain), or going very slowly to the north because the captain cannot pass the Bay of Biscay with the forecasted weather conditions
(waves up to 11 meters !)
With the current forecast the weather conditions in Biscay remain severe till at least the 8th of January.
Please inform your customers that departures may be delayed with upto one week.
